Description

Construction of soft "ActivDistance II" foam material.
Inner lining made of cotton, antibacterial and antiperspirant material.
The external adhesive surface offers a wide range of application of the splint.
It consists of two sections (arm and forearm), with adjustable velcro straps.
It has soft elbow pads and an adjustable wrist suspension strap.
The joints are made of high quality metal material.
The two metal bars with 1R polycentric mechanism apply velcro stickers.
The 1R polycentric mechanism is an innovative solution for adjusting elbow flexion and extension range of motion.
The diameter of the mechanism is very small (30mm) and is adjustable in 15° intervals in select positions: a) Bend: from 0° to 90° b) Extension: from 0° to 90° c) Overextension: from 0° -15° -30°
In addition, the correct application is achieved with a magnetic ferrule.
The special design of the safety and disc allows precise adjustment of the angulation of the polycentric mechanism.
A palm grip is attached to the splint.
The application is telescopic and achieves the limitation of pronation or supination of the forearm when required, keeping the extremity in a neutral position.
The splint is particularly light.
