EOPPY: Provision of rehabilitation items / artificial limbs

General document of EOPYY (Ref. No.: 34648, 6/8/2012) "Provision of SPECIAL REHABILITATION MACHINERY AND ARTIFICIAL MEMBERS BELOW" informs that according to article 15 of the Unified Regulation of Health Benefits. ) its insured persons are provided with the appropriate "TYPES OF ADDITIONAL CARE" that have been included in the ANNEX of article 15 of the EKPY, with the respectively assigned prices and with the participation of the insured at a rate of 25%.

SUBJECT: "Provision of SPECIAL REHABILITATION MACHINES and ARTIFICIAL LIMBS"

REF .: The decisions of the Board of Directors with no.9 / con.12 / 2-1-2012 and 178 / con.28 / 29-3-2012 of Ε.Ο.Π.Υ.Υ.

According to article 15 of the Unified Regulation of Health Benefits (EKPY) of EOPYY, its insured persons are provided with the appropriate to restore their health or to alleviate their sick condition "ADDITIONAL CARE ITEMS" that have been included in the ANNEX of article 15 of the EKPY, with the respectively attributed prices and with participation of the insured at a rate of 25%.

The above decisions of the Board of Directors of EOPYY adopted in their entirety for the insured of EOPYY, the ones mentioned in the Circulars of IKA-ETAM, 46/2011 (Rehabilitation Items and Artificial limbs BELOW) and 37/2009 (reimbursable amounts) valid until the issuance of a recapitulative Circular by EOPYY.

In particular, with the above decisions of the Board. was given the opportunity:

• For the mentioned Rehabilitation Items of Reg. 46/2011 of IKA-ETAM, which are addressed to the insured who receive PARAPLEASI-QETRAPLEGIA ALLOWANCE, which has been given by the competent Health Committee of each institution and confirms the characterization of the disease Committee of Health that characterized them as paraplegic-quadriplegic, and
• For the lower extremities artificial limbs, to be reimbursed the highest amounts, which are the reimbursable and have been determined with Reg.37 / 2009 of IKA-ETAM. The amounts of Reg. 37/2009 are valid from 1/1/2012 and the differences that will arise from the amounts of EKPY of EOPYY will be reimbursed, if they will be requested from the insured who have been subjected to an expense greater than the amount that has been attributed on the basis of the EKPY. According to article 15 of the EOPYY of EOPYY, for all types of participation of the insured at a rate of 25% is withheld.
